Sherman’s Prescription to Leaders

Who Seek Unity

Dear Sincere Leader(s):

You say you want to unify, but for how long? And do you intend to unify with emotionally ignorant people who are so easily misled by the smooth talking speakers’ voice intonations?  If so, then you must realize that they will be with you today but against you tomorrow helping another smooth talking liar. Emotionally ignorant, they will let the smooth talkers control and mislead them (through emotional manipulation) away from the real truths, freedoms, justice, equality, and other good things that we should all value even more. And as you probably know, our emotional ignorance is a form of social blindness – a wide spread blindness that has thus far kept us divided, disrespected, and always feuding among one another. So what is the cure for this social blindness?

Enlightenment!

Probably, it would be wise to first enlighten and strengthen your potential followers intellectually and emotionally. And while you are strengthening them intellectually and emotionally, you should condition them to automatically unify and form coalitions of honest sincere people who value truth, justice, equality, fair play, harmony, etc. And if you wish to accomplish those lofty goals right away, you should begin the curing now with this prescription:

1. Teach them to understand, participate in, abide and live by the rules of the Sport Of Writing, the Laws of Emotionmatics, Emotionomy, Inner-music, and the Principles Of Immortality.

2. Establish Teach Them Yourself Centers and tutor the new and remedial learners from the Genius Maker and Counting With Fingers Series of books.

3. To be continued.  So, revisit us from time to time and see this list of prescribed solutions as it grows.

How To Shape Low Achievers

(For Public School Teachers)

  Obviously, the class clown is the source of classroom disruption.   Unknowingly, he/she takes his/her whole class on a downward path to the unemployment lines and ultimately to prisons.  Also, it’s the class clown who causes unnecessary stress and teacher burnout.  He/she makes people hate to spend another day at school.  So, how can we correct this problem and cause the disruptive class clowns to become more cooperative?  It’s easy!  I know that it is easy because I solved the problem of the disruptive class back in 1988, when I taught Creative Writing and Emotion Mastery to Middle School students in the Compton Unified School District.  Teachers would bring me their hardcore disruptive students, and I would systematically correct their bad classroom habits while teaching them how to write better.  As a matter of fact, during that year, our school made the greatest percentage gains in the entire state, in the category of Writing, on California’s CAP Test.  And from that experience, I wrote this Teacher’s Guide and Flow Chart to help you to achieve the same results:
